You can easily reach our studio using various types of transport: By metro: The Expo 2020 station is just a 10-minute walk away. By taxi: Ask your driver to drop you off at the Rove Hotel Expo; it’s a 3-minute walk from the hotel’s main entrance. By car: You can park at the Al Forsan parking area, which is a 5-minute walk from the studio.
No, entry passes are not required to access the studio.
If you’re happy with the standard tech specs (ProRes 422 Full HD), you don’t need to bring anything—we provide a full-service experience. If you require 4K Ultra HD source materials, please bring your own SD cards (we recommend Sandisk 128Gb Extreme 180Mb/S, Uhs I, Class, 10, U3, V30 minimum capacity of 64GB). Don’t have an SD card? We can handle the download and email the files to you for an additional fee of 250 AED per session. This covers the extra work for our operator, which takes approximately 2 hours.
Feel free to arrive at your booking time. If you’d like to come earlier, it will depend on the schedule before you. Preparation time (e.g., makeup or changing clothes) is included in your booked time. If you need extra time to get ready, we recommend booking additional hours in advance.
Yes, you are welcome to bring and use your own equipment in the studio.
Hosts: Up to 4 hosts can sit at the table. Audience: Up to 11 audience members can be seated on the bleachers.
The studio can be rented for a maximum of 10 hours per session.
Cancellation: If you cancel your session, we’ll gladly refund 50% of the total amount.Rescheduling: Rescheduling is FREE if done at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute changes, there is a fee of 150 AED.

Yes, we offer consultations on various podcasting topics, including technical setup, content strategy, and promotion.
Source files: Available shortly after the session.Edited versions: Delivered based on the package you’ve selected.
We don’t have a standard policy for storing source materials, but they are typically available for at least 24 hours after your session. If you need longer storage, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request
